What makes your company different from other credit repair companies?

Our company is different because we work to remove the inaccurate information while providing you with the tools and direction you need to rebuild and maintain your credit.

When will I start to see the results on my credit report?

Results will start appearing within 30 to 90 days.

What Will I Get When I Sign Up for the Program?

When you sign up for the Credit Analysis program, we will help you raise and rebuild your credit score while removing inaccurate information from your credit report.

How long will the process take?

Most customers stay in the program for three to six months.

How do I send you my credit report?

You have three options here. You can sign up for an online credit report provider like privacyguard.com and use your sign-in credentials to forward us a copy of the report. You can also mail us a hard copy. You can create your own online portal and send them to us that way.

Is it better to use a 3-1 credit report?

Yes, this allows you to see the information from all three credit bureaus at one time instead of flipping through different reports.

How many accounts do you challenge at one time?

We can challenge as many as you want.

Do we have to be married to get the family plan discount?

No, but you must live in the same household.

Will our personal information be shared with anyone else??

No, your personal information is safe. The only time your information would be shared is if we are working with an affiliate partner who is involved in the dispute process.

Can your service help me get ready to apply for a home loan?

Yes, by raising your credit score, you are more likely to qualify for a home loan.

Will you dispute with creditors and collection agencies?

Yes, we challenge all inaccurate information when necessary.

Is there a Refund Policy?

Our clients can cancel services within five business days of payment, but no refunds will be issued after this period. Services are considered completed once we have emailed or physically mailed the necessary documentation as per our contract agreement.

Once we have documented the disputes and collected certified mail receipts and photographic evidence, we may involve a company-appointed attorney to take legal action on violations and pursue deletions.

Can I get a refund on eBooks or Digital Downloads?

There is NO refund on digital downloads. If you did not receive your item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • You are required to login to receive your download file(s).
  • There is a maximum of five (5) times that files can be downloaded simultaneously.
  • Your link for your files will become invalid within 72 hours.
